Arkansas State Health Department: Mandatory Vaccines Are Constitutional
Legal council tells concerned caller that American citizens must accept enforced shot in event of mass swine flu vaccination program

A member of the public who was concerned about a mandatory mass vaccination program in light of the swine flu pandemic called the Arkansas State Health Department for advice only to be told that mandatory vaccines were constitutional and could be enforced at gunpoint by the government if necessary.
The editor of the popular blog “Pissed Off Former Democrat” phoned the legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department to seek advice about obtaining waiver forms for a future mass swine flu vaccination program.
One of his main concerns centered around the fact that the company chosen to mass produce the swine flu vaccine, Baxter International, were recently caught in a scandal after it emerged they had sent out vaccines contaminated with the H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries from their Austrian branch. It was only by providence that the contamination was found after the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.
Some Czech newspapers speculated at the time that Baxter was embroiled in a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic from which it would reap billions in profits from producing the vaccine to counter a bird flu outbreak.
As we have previously covered, the last time the government ordered a mass vaccination drive in response to a swine flu outbreak, the program had to be stopped short after the shots caused over 500 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a severe paralyzing nerve disease. 30 people died as a direct result of the vaccinations.
During the phone conversation, the legal council discusses the potential of a future mandatory swine flu vaccination program and states, “That’s constitutional, there’s no doubt about it….mandatory vaccinations are legal under the Supreme Court….absolutely.”
The caller responds, “I’m an American and I have a legal right to make my own decision whether or not someone sticks a needle in me,” to which the legal council responds, “That’s not true….no.”
“As a lawyer you believe that I don’t have the right to deny a vaccination,” asks the caller,” to which the legal council responds, “Absolutely….I don’t know why you have a problem with that….mandatory vaccines are constitutional,” adding that it doesn’t matter about personal or religious objections.
The caller then asks how the mandatory vaccine would be enforced by law, “for example somebody sticking a gun in my face,” to which the legal council responds, “you could be held liable.”

The legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department cites the 1905 Supreme Court case of Jacobson v Massachusetts to argue that governments can force citizens to take vaccines.
Less than 50 years before, in Dred Scott v. Sandford, the Supreme Court also ruled that black people were slaves - property of their slaveowners with no inherent rights whatsoever.
22 years after Jacobson v Mass., in Buck v Bell, the Supreme Court also ruled that people designated “feeble-minded” by the government could be sterilized.
The fact that the Supreme Court made a ruling over 100 hundred years ago saying the government could inject people by force doesn’t make it morally or constitutionally justifiable.
To stick needles in people at gunpoint by government decree is blatantly unconstitutional under any reasonable definition of basic human rights or the freedoms enumerated by the founders in the constitution itself.
American Indians were rounded up and sent to death camps under legal orders, but that didn’t make it right or justifiable.
Hitler’s mistreatment of Jews, Gypsies, political dissidents, homosexuals and others who resisted government policies imposed during times of “emergency” in Nazi Germany was all perpetrated behind a thin veil of legality, but that didn’t make it right either.
As a member at the Prison Planet Forum points out, “Tyrannical evil loves to mask itself in the robes of righteousness, to justify itself with legal documents, to trample the very ideas of what Law and Right mean. Resisting that evil, rising against that tyranny, by saying No More. That is right.”
As we previously reported, Time Magazine has been preparing Americans to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations, reporting on April 28th that a mass vaccination program is being readied to combat swine flu while also urging Americans to “trust that the government is working for the greater good” and to not resist draconian measures.

The caller should have brought up to this lawyer who claims that the caller would be putting “society’s” health at risk by not taking the vaccine that: the vaccines either work or they do not work. If they work, then the people who take them would not get sick if he gets sick, so he does not need the vaccine.
AND
if they do not work to stop those who take the vaccines from getting sick then… WHY IS ANYONE TAKING THEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW. I love how so many sheep blindly follow Alex Jones’ word like it’s the gospel truth. He as done all of the research and as I have been in correspondence with him for some time, he definately knows what he’s talking about. Also each article lists tons of refereces for you to check further. Let me know what you think. Will check back here for you.

In all do respect to your opinion; which it is, as a Molecular Physicist and Bio-Molecular Chemist; I would like to see the study that you are using for your statement. I have read hundreds of water reports and those reports have shown; Municipal Water Treatment Centers, in most cases produce cleaner water or the same of that which is bottled at a bottling plant.
It would be easy for you to do a search on the web for Chemical Analysis of Bottled Water, or Scientific Study of Bottled water etc.. you might find it surprising.
After having done the tests myself on both Municipal Water and Bottled Water, substances contained in those tests have moved me to the country were I am on a private drawn well system, thank god there is still fresh clean water to be had for now.

I live in Aussieland and i checked it out for myself – have you? I know that the nice fluoride in my water comes from CSBP who make chemical fertiliser and the fluoride they add is a toxic waste product from that manufacturing process. They also add chlorine which de-oxygenates the body encouraging things like cancer and there are other chemicals as well. I was involved in a composting project once and we couldnt accept the human bio-solids from the water authority because it is too heavily contaminatd with heavy metals. WAKE UP

Wastemaster…you are very right, DIA (Denver Airport) is certainly a hub for something. I moved to CO a few years ago and have been in the airport many times, there are highly disturbing murals, masonic symbols in the tiles, gargoyle statues in the baggage claims, not to mention a huge statue of a Mustang horse with piercing blood red eyes that “welcomes” travelers and is the most evil looking thing you ever want to see.

The mark of the elect is baptism. Therefore, the “chip” is not necessarily the mark of the beast, though the “chip” could be a temporal sign of fealty, loyalty, etc. The spiritual meaning of the “mark” is probably the satanic equivalent of baptism, and/or a rejection of the Holy Trinity. This can be manifested in a number of ways. The 3 1/2 years can mean any extended period of persecution, in this case not a reference to a period of real temporal time. After all, in Daniel, I believe, “7 years of peace” is not a very long time for a real peace, if “7 years” is understood in a literal sense. When God mentions “1000 years of peace,” even though the number 7 is good working number in Scripture, 1000 is much more so.
For what it’s worth, most people at the moment hate God; if they didn’t they would try harder to make Him happy, which is why human beings were created in the first place, so that God could have someone to love Him.
For those who deny Hell, go to youtube and search for a video on a deep sea recon that recorded what seemed like people moaning and in torment at the bottom of the ocean. People who have heard say it’s spooky. And please, there probably aren’t any Christians on this boat making this stuff up.

You folks need to realize something. You gave up your constitutional rights when you applied for a SS#. You need to give it back to them and all other licenses. A Marriage License and Birth Certificates are prima facia evidence that the STATE owns you and your children and everything else produced in that marriage. READ the Marriage act.
Most of the general public because of Public indoctrination centers (Public Schools) believe that they have to have all these documents. They are never told that by gaining these documents (and all the perceived benefits offered) they contract away their constitutional rights for being coddles by the state.
When you accept these numbers and “benefits”, you are no longer under consti9tutional jurisdiction. These laws will ONLY apply to those with SS#’s. And the children with Birth Certificates.
The constitutional part of this whole thing is our constitutional right to contract. If we contract with the US government – we give up our constitutional rights for privledges that can be taken away at any point in time.
Give back the paperwork and they have no jurisdiction over you.

stone age, but so far all businesses require these documents to be hired. so , it would seem, we need to either work all under the table jobs, or get some large companies to not require us to have this documentation to be hired,which should no longer be that hard to do, given the current environment, or , failing that, if one is homeless, or disapears for a few days within the time frame of a 48 hr. emergency vaccination run by the authorities, one might still be able to escape them, if one still trusts his instincts.

If someone will not hire you for not having a Social Security card or a driver’s license, isn’t that considered job discrimination? Technically all you have to do to be a citizen and eligible for work is be born in the United States. You could probably sue any company that will not hire you because you do not have an SSN or a license, and make a living from the settlements without ever having to work!

This is where the confusion lies. We have 50 STATE Corporations and 1 FEDERAL Corporation (yes, the courts have said that the UNITED STATES is a corporation). All local governments/municipalities are “incorporated” under their respective STATE Corporation. Each corporation has a board (employees, i.e. legislature) and a mediator (SUPREME COURT). Unless you are an ‘employee’ or any given corporation, you are NOT bound by its policies and procedures (statutes, court orders). The only way you are bound is if you are chatteau (state property). Most people forget that our rights come from just existing, not from all of the fictitious corporations disguised as ‘governments’. If you can’t accept that, then at least accept the fact that the courts have ruled that there are TWO distinct citizens — one of the individual 50 Republics and one of the Federal Corporation. The courts have ruled that you can be a citizen of one without being a citizen of the other. Expatriation from the federal corporation is STILL LEGAL and a VIABLE OPTION! What you have to ask yourself is this: how did you come to be a subject of the Federal Corporation (UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT) in the first place? Once you figure that out, then you should contact your STATE taskmasters and ask them what is the process for you to expatriate yourself from these Corporations, including the Federal Corporation. Don’t take my word for it…research and study for yourself.

What is worse than my prolonged symptoms is that I chose to be there, but my 14 yr old daughter suffers from GWS symptoms because of my patriotism service. CRC 1 (Casualty Replacement Company) at “Camp 15″ (somewhere in Northern Saudi) all refused the shot. Our C.O. refused… he was given a much more “direct order” and he passed the word to us. Under threat of NJP, we ended up filing in there to get the 20 yr old cryo-stored junkjuice experimental product. Guess disposing of it was out of the question. Thank you America for funding illnesses. Course I can only blame myself for following the direct order to take the shot. Less than 3 weeks after getting about 70 shots in 1 afternoon. Wonder what coctail that would make mixing all that together in a non-human petridish, I know what it did inside me.
Well I’m still alive and am a little bit more learned today. I pray the future is a peaceful world, because I’m with those that will locally enforce the right to choose what does or does not get put into our bodies.

The educated people in this country,the very few we have.Have always known that the vaccination for the disease has historically always done way more damage than the disease itself.Why do we still vaccinate children against diseases noone has seen or heard of in a hundred years,could it be that people will eventually start asking that very question,So the need for new vaccinations for new viruses and diseases is manufactured propaganda,in order to continue the vaccination and eugenics programs that have taken place in this country for a hundred years,lets also remember we were steralizing people in this country without there knowledge or consent less than 20 years ago!

Some of those diseases do return from time to time (mumps, measles) – they may have been eradicated in our countries, but they are still common in the developed world. There is always a chance that a tourist going abroad could bring one of these diseases back.

Guys why does everyone have to have a crack at Alex all the time – ie he is this or that or he doesnt say this or mention that. How many things has he alerted you to? Tirelessly relentlessly? Give the guy a break it’s not like there’s 2 topics to cover is there? It’s inevitable that some points may not be covered and there could be any number of reasons for this. If the entire population gets vaccinated and all die from the side effect, the funeral industry cannot get profit.

But surely this is tosh, because the constitution was written way before vaccination was even thought of.
Polio vaccine was the first vaccine introduced in the late 1950’s. The constitution was written in 1776 for the greater part, so how is this constitutional? If it is a later ammendment then it needs to be removed and Baxters so called ‘mistakes’ should be cited among the reasons for it’s removal. Also, this legal council needs to be held to account for his quote re:
“The legal council at the Arkansas State Health Department cites the 1905 Supreme Court case of Jacobson v Massachusetts to argue that governments can force citizens to take vaccines.” How can this be a valid case if vaccines were not in use at this time.

I used to mow lawns , mostly for old people. I know of four healthy old people who told me to get my shots back in 2002 I think it was, when they had that bird flu thing,like after they did and shortly afterwards they were in the grave. luckily I had been listening to alex. that was some weird coincidence, and I have been afraid of getting shots since.

I’m not going to give them the choice. If they show up at my house to attempt forced vaccinations, I will simply shoot them. No threats, no warnings, they will simply die for being the instruments of Tyranny. If not accepting vaccinations is a felony and so is murder, I would prefer the more effective solution. If you are not able to evade the mandatory vaccine, read up now on what nutrients to keep on hand to start taking after the vaccine that will help the nervous system. There is not proof – REAL PROOF – that vaccines cause autism. CDC does not mandate – they don’t dictate – look at their powers. States determine that.
